1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using mahoosuc.solutions, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. Organizational accounts must be authorized by the organization.

3. Account responsibilities

• Keep your credentials secret. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information when signing up.
• Notify us of unauthorized access at security@mahoosuc.solutions.

4. Acceptable use

Don't:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the service to send spam, phishing, or malicious content.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you create through the service. We retain ownership of the service itself, including source code, design, and brand assets. Open-source components are governed by their respective licenses.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, and unforeseen events may cause downtime.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. After termination, we retain data per our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, USA. Disputes that can't be resolved informally proceed in the state or federal courts located in Cumberland County, Maine.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes get announced via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
